What we do with your data.
Bozkor collects only what it needs to respond to enquiries and run contracts. We don't sell data, use tracking pixels or run ads.
Who we are
Bozkor operates through two companies: Bozkor Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17023023), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, and Bozkor Tedarik ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti., registered in Türkiye, MERSİS [no], [registered address]. The company that handles your enquiry or contract is the data controller for your data.
What we collect
When you contact us or submit a quote request, we collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number and the details of your requirement. We don't collect payment card information.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, assess manufacturers as potential suppliers, perform contracts and meet our legal obligations, including tax, trade and export record-keeping. We rely on the establishment and performance of a contract, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Where it goes
Enquiries reach us through our website provider (Framer) and our email provider, whose servers may be located outside the UK and Türkiye. We share information with manufacturers, logistics providers and public authorities only where needed to prepare a bid, perform a contract or comply with the law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for two years. Contract records are kept for as long as UK and Turkish commercial and tax law require.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, Article 11 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask whether we process your data, request access, correction or deletion, and object to processing. Email rfq@bozkor.com. We respond within 30 days. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This site uses only what it needs to function. No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
What we use
Framer's built-in analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without identifying you. We don't use cookies that require your consent, so there is no cookie banner.
