Bozkor is a defence and industrial supply company with offices in London and Istanbul. We source equipment, spare parts and materials from Turkish manufacturers and deliver them to public and private buyers through international tenders, managing every contract from bid to acceptance.

Good manufacturers lose tenders they never see.
Türkiye has a deep base of manufacturers already producing to demanding industrial and defence standards. Many of them never compete for international contracts, public or private: the solicitations sit in unfamiliar systems, the paperwork is heavy, and nobody on staff has time to run an international bid.
Bozkor was founded in 2026 to close that gap. We find the solicitations, match them to manufacturers who can genuinely deliver, and carry the bid, the compliance file and the logistics, so the factory can focus on building to specification.
We are deliberately small, with offices in London and Istanbul. Tender supply rewards reliability over reach, and that is what we are built around.

NATO agencies such as NSPA and NCIA, defence ministries, armed forces and national procurement bodies buying through open competition. We bid on their solicitations directly.
